About Us

Built Environment Analysts, LLC was formed in the summer of 2009 and is located in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. Comprised of highly qualified Architects & Engineers, Built Environment Analysts, LLC provides architectural, existing conditions surveys, & analysis services to the retail, restaurant, & commercial redevelopment industry.

Christopher Bremer, AIA, NCARB

Chris has over thirteen years of experience as a project manager for retail, restaurant, and grocery store clients. Some clients include McDonalds Corp., Limited Brands, Starbucks, and Albertsons/ACME Grocery stores. During his six year tenure at FRCH Design Worldwide, Chris was deeply involved with the management and team coordination of the architectural engineering site surveys for Limited Brands. Chris also managed production teams of 4-12 people for McDonalds and Starbucks Stores.

Prior to joining FRCH, Chris was the primary client contact and Project Manager for the Albertson/ACME Grocery Store Renovation Program at Cubellis Associates in Philadelphia, PA. As with most projects, a majority of his efforts were spent reviewing Architectural CD’s for Permit and Construction and the coordinating of Structural and MEP Engineering.

Franklin Mulich, CDT, Assoc. AIA

Frank has over nine years of experience as a Project/Client Manager for national retailers such as Aldo Group, Dots Fashions, & Limited Brands. During his five year tenure at FRCH Design Worldwide, he managed a staff of ten professionals, was the primary point of contact for three divisions of Limited Brands and managerial contact for Aldo Group & Dots Fashions, was responsible for quality of all documentation issued by the team, and managed multiple structural and MEP engineering consultants for each relationship. His role also included development of studio wide educational presentations on updates to building codes & fire codes relevant to project type as well as member of a three person third-party review board that was formed to assure continued quality of construction documentation issued from the studio.

Prior to joining FRCH Design Worldwide Frank was a designer at CDS Associates, Inc. where his work included design, contract document production, and construction administration for various projects including: $25 million 218-unit senior living community comprised of two 5-story towers with a single story connector, Verizon Wireless retail stores, retail centers in West Chester and Hillsboro, Empire Theatre renovation, Preble County, Warren County, and Cass County, Indiana animal shelters, City of Forest Park Senior Center, and Union Emergency Services Alliance Headquarters in Union, Kentucky.
